By electronically creating an account, registering on this site and submitting a resume to CNOOC and/or our affiliates, including but not limited to CNOOC Petroleum Europe Limited, CNOOC Limited and CNOOC Petroleum North America ULC, you consent to CNOOC:
(i) using the information you provide in that resume or elsewhere in the application portal to determine your suitability for a position with CNOOC;
(ii) sharing this data with other entities in our group;
(iii) considering you for other vacant positions which you may not have applied for within the CNOOC group
(iv) contacting any referees that you have provided on your resume or elsewhere in the application;
(v) retaining your resume for a period of one (1) year (or as otherwise required by law) to consider your eligibility for other positions which may arise in the future, or a period of seven (7) years should you be successful in being offered a role with CNOOC;
(vi) creating an employee file using information in your resume or elsewhere in your application if you become an employee of CNOOC.
